Makassar is the capital city of South Sulawesi and has become a second home through out this year. I have been fortunate to get the opportunity to support UNDP’s collaboration with the city of Makassar in refining a public transportation concept and rolling out a pilot of the public service.

Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara

We’ve seen it often in movies, someone dialed 911 and help is on its way. No hesitation on financial costs, you dial to get help and that’s it, at least in that moment. In this study, we learned that even calling the officials would cost something and a lot. Rural spaces are ruled by hukum adat.¬†How might we empower female parliament members to work within and beyond their “tupoksi”?
